We also collect information about how you use the platform, including the niches you explore, opportunities you save, and ventures you build. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate and improve TrendingIQ, to personalize your opportunity feed based on your founder profile, to send you re-engagement notifications if you have opted in, and to process payments securely through Stripe. Your Founder Match data is used solely to personalize your experience within the platform.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe — we never store card details on our servers. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to maintain your session. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to use the platform.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@gettrendingiq.io. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. Your continued use of TrendingIQ after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
