Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using TrendingIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including free, subscription, and one-time purchasers.

Use of the platform

TrendingIQ provides venture intelligence tools, founder assessment services, and business plan generation. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and payments

Subscription plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your settings page and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. The Brand Builder is a one-time purchase and is non-refundable once the generation has been initiated. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Founder Match discount codes

Discount codes issued upon completion of the Founder Match assessment are single-use and tied to the specific assessment session. Codes cannot be transferred, sold, or used by anyone other than the original recipient. TrendingIQ reserves the right to invalidate codes that appear to have been shared or misused.

Intellectual property

The business plans, opportunity intelligence, and other outputs generated by TrendingIQ are provided for your personal and commercial use. You own the outputs generated for your specific inputs. TrendingIQ retains ownership of the underlying models, prompts, scoring systems, and platform infrastructure.

Limitation of liability

TrendingIQ provides intelligence and analysis tools to assist decision-making. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or commercial viability of any opportunity, business plan, or market analysis generated by the platform. You use the outputs at your own risk and TrendingIQ is not liable for any business decisions made based on platform outputs.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or in-platform notice. Your continued use of TrendingIQ after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
